With well experience spanning four decades in the judicial profession, U Aung Ngwe is a versatile and well established legal practitioner.  Relatively early in his career, he took up the role of the Judge of Criminal and Civil Court of Justice and an Advisor of the High Court of Myanmar. After retired, he later became an Advisor of MVP Law Firm and Founder of the Firm. Now he is taking up a legal consultancy role.

In the Government Service of Myanmar for nearly 26 years, most recently as an Assistant Director at the Attorney General’s Office of the Union, Daw Nu Nu Yee is an authoritative and knowledgeable figure with extensive experience in interfacing with the government, private sector and state-owned enterprises. She holds a B.A. (Law) LL.B., as well as postgraduate diplomas in business law, Applied Psychology, Maritime Law and International Law. Now she joined with MVP Law Firm since 2014.

U Win Hlaing is a retired Director from the Directorate of Investment and Companies Administration (DICA), Ministry of National Planning and Finance. He is a former Assistant Director in Ministry of Trade.

In the Directorate of Investment and Companies Administration, he was the Head of Department of Companies Administration for about (20) years. He is an Advisor to MVP Law Firm.

U Kyaw Dun is a retired Director from the Directorate of Investment and Companies Administration (DICA), the Ministry of National Planning and Finance.

During his service in the Directorate of Investment and Companies Administration (DICA), he worked about 40 years and he has many experiences of investment affairs relating to persons, companies, departments and government.

After his retirement form DICA, he took the duty of advising to Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) for (3) consecutive years. His degree is B.Eco. Now, he advises MVP Law Firm.

She is a retired Assistant Director from the Ministry of Labour. Her service at the Ministry of Labour is about (33) years.

Her experience is Social Security, Industrial Relation, Labour Laws, Overseas Employment, Labour Dispute Settlement.

Overseas experience is Introduction to HRD and HRM Policy Workshop at Cambodia and ASEAN Policy Dialogue on National Occupation Safety and Health Framework Meeting at Singapore.

She is a Holder of B.Sc (Chemistry), RL Part II and HRM.

She worked as a Seinor Officer of Ministry of Labour. Her experience is about 20 years in the matter of local and foreign employee related to duty, responsibility, right and remedy for injury.

U Kyaw Maing

U Kyaw Myaing is a retired diplomat with 20 years of service. He retired in 1988 as Deputy Director and joined the UNDP Country Office in Myanmar as National Programme Officer (1989 to 1992). He then went to Cambodia to work for the UNCTAC – United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia in the Foreign Affairs Service (1992 to 1993). He served as leader of the Border Control Team.

In 1994, he began working for the RBAP – Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific, United Nations Development Programme, at the Head Quarters in New York. He worked as a consultant in the programme development and information management areas.

He is currently the External Relations Director of the Myanmar-US Chamber of Commerce (New York).

He holds a B.Sc. degree from the Rangoon Arts and Science University,   MIPP (Master of International Public Policy) from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, Washington D.C., USA. and a Certificate in Information Management from the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, the Information Technologies Institute, New York University in New York., USA.

U Thein Tun

U Thein Tun

U Thein Tun worked as a Senior Geologist Officer at Department of Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration, Ministry of Mine for about (23) years (1980-2003). In that period he had experienced with various metals of geological exploration and geosciences activities concerned with Gold, Gold-Copper, Tin-Tungsten, Lead-Zinc-Silver, Antimony, Iron and Limestone.

He, nowadays, works in all over the area of the Metallogenic Provinces in Myanmar as a Consultant Geologist and advises application of “EIA & SIA” certificate for MIC purpose to MVP Law Firm.
